Six Flags St. Louis, then known as Six Flags Over Mid-America, first opened in 1971 as one of the company's original three parks. Today, Six Flags St. Louis is home to ten roller coasters, including Screamin' Eagle and The Boss, a water park and nearly three dozen other attractions.
